This is very relatable because I was having a similar conversation with my colleague the other day. I read this 70% and then quickly skimmed. Very well written!

Yes, we tend to overlook the small wins or what comes out of them. Curious why you stopped at the 70% point.

Because I have a 15 months old and she needed me immediately.. I am an avid reader and try to consume a lot on speed but given my early motherhood stage, sometimes, once I have internalized, I skim through quickly. I don’t mean to disrespect the writer at all. It is totally my stage of life.

Aaah I remember that time quite a bit ago. It seems everything is done in fits and spurts and adaptation is the key to staying sane. I like to know the why so I can help adapt to how I present information.
