Documenting the business but not the person behind it is the gap. In a solo business, the way the owner thinks, works, and makes decisions is part of the system. Leave that out and the advice can look right but still miss the reality of the work.
100% agree. This is the one piece we totally forget as solo businesses. I start with personality assessments and work my way from there. But after 18 years of doing this I know my boundaries and all the other niggly parts.
