Most email that comes in is noise. I do not have Gemini/Gmail in my corporate job, but I will look to adapt something like this for Outlook. I have seen several automations available through Power Automate. Looking at email is "productive" in the sense that it keeps you busy, but most of it isn't something you need to attend to immediately.
Yes, can imagine that being a hard habit to break. Think I’d like AI to sort my “shopping email” 😅

Can you use CoWork? I know it's not the same as a script but it can do the triage part for you.
